If you are locked out of the Learning Portal:
- Go to the Login screen of Socialselling.litmos.com and click “I’ve forgotten my username/password”.
Provide your username. (Note: this typically is your email address) and click continue.
A recovery email will be sent to your email address.
Create a new password and you will be able to login.
- If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please check your junk/spam folders (occasionally these emails get sent there). If you still do not receive this email, please contact email@example.com.
